After you purchase our products, your order will be sent to your order address through the following process:
1. Notification of successful purchase

2. Processing the order

3. Delivery
The Ziavoo system will automatically match the best distribution logistics according to factors such as the sales platform, product size and weight. If the street address of the order contains "PO Box", the system will review and judge based on the delivery logistics you choose. If the corresponding logistics method cannot be delivered to an address containing "PO Box", the system will determine that the order is an abnormal order, and the customer service staff will notify you to modify the address or cancel the order.

5.Track order status
Order status can be tracked by itself. After your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email to inform you that your package has been shipped with the tracking number of the order. You can see the update within 1-3 working days of receiving the email. Please click Track Your Order check your order, because it takes time for the logistics provider to update the information. 6.Changes to estimated delivery date.
We, or our delivery partner(s), will notify you of reasonable changes to the estimated delivery date where events outside of our or our delivery partner’s control delay or prevent delivery from taking place at the original estimated date and/or time. Return Policy
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the day of receipt.

For below circumstances, customers could contact us for return or refund:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to our error.
- Items different from the description.
- Items returned to the sender without delivery.
- Items not delivered within the agreed time.
Return Process

- Please make sure you don't include non-Ziavoo items in your return package by accident. We will not be responsible for sending those items back to you.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Refund Policy
- Any misprinted / damaged / defective items caused by our production or transportation are covered at our expense and you will get a full refund.And We will reimburse the return shipping cost
- Your order will be fully refunded if it is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
