After you purchase our products, your order will be sent to your order address through the following process:
1. Notification of successful purchase
After you purchase the product in our store and confirm the payment, we will send you an email to notify you of the successful purchase.
2. Processing the order
After our staff sees the order information of your purchase, they will process your order information and prepare the goods for you. This process will be completed in 2-5 business days. After the order information is processed, the products you have purchased will be delivered to your order address by the logistics company. However, please note that the processing time will also be affected by the inventory status of individual products, national legal holidays, etc. Or your order contains very popular items, it may delay for the order to be processed and sent. 3. Delivery
The Ziavoo system will automatically match the best distribution logistics according to factors such as the sales platform, product size and weight. If the street address of the order contains "PO Box", the system will review and judge based on the delivery logistics you choose. If the corresponding logistics method cannot be delivered to an address containing "PO Box", the system will determine that the order is an abnormal order, and the customer service staff will notify you to modify the address or cancel the order.
Note: During the peak season, orders from warehouses in the surge. The above logistics time limit is for reference only, and the actual delivery time of the warehouse shall prevail.

5.Track order status
Order status can be tracked by itself. After your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email to inform you that your package has been shipped with the tracking number of the order. You can see the update within 1-3 working days of receiving the email. Please click Track Your Order check your order, because it takes time for the logistics provider to update the information. If there is no update, you can send us an email to check the details.
6.Changes to estimated delivery date.
We, or our delivery partner(s), will notify you of reasonable changes to the estimated delivery date where events outside of our or our delivery partner’s control delay or prevent delivery from taking place at the original estimated date and/or time. Delivery of the Products will take place when we deliver them to the address that you gave to us. If we cannot deliver your Products within 90 days, we will:
a) let you know;
b) cancel your order; and
c) give you a refund.

Return Policy
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the day of receipt.
- You can call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office. We will decide whether to reimburse the freight for you according to the reason for your return. If it is your responsibility, we will not reimburse the freight.f the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. (2)Before shipping the items back, customers must seek approval by the Ziavoo customer service team.
(3)In the case of quality issues or incorrect product delivery, customers should take photos showing the problem and contact customer service for a return address.
For below circumstances, customers could contact us for return or refund:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to our error.
- Items different from the description.
- Items returned to the sender without delivery.
- Items not delivered within the agreed time.
Return Process
Please carefully follow our return process to minimize any delays:
- If you want to return, please contact our customer service stating your:
- Order number
- SKU number or product name
- Reason for return
- Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours. (In business day)
- Please return the items to the return address we provided and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.
- Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange refund or exchange as requested immediately.
Important Notice
- Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address that our customer service provide to you.
- Please make sure you don't include non-Ziavoo items in your return package by accident. We will not be responsible for sending those items back to you.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Refund Policy
- Any misprinted / damaged / defective items caused by our production or transportation are covered at our expense and you will get a full refund.And We will reimburse the return shipping cost
- Your order will be fully refunded if it is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
- Your order will be fully refunded if it is cancelled before shipping.
- We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
- If parcels lost in transit, we will cover your loss by issuing a full refund
- If you provide an address that the courier is not able to recognize, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address (if and as applicable).
- If you provide a wrong address when you place an order and do not contact us to change the address, you will be responsible for all the loss.
- Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to denial and will not get a refund.
- Please note that processing of refunds can take up to 7 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
